Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We kindly ask that you choose your items carefully before completing your purchase.

How to Report a Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right. Please follow these steps:

2. Include the Following:
-  Your order confirmation or receipt
-  Clear photos of the product and packaging
-  A brief description of the issue

3. Assessment & Resolution
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as promptly as possible.

4. Refund Processing
If your item is approved for a refund, please allow 7–10 days for processing. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.
